The Language Service offers Spanish and Catalan courses for students from overseas or from outside Catalonia who join the University.

In the first 3 weeks of September there is an intensive Spanish course, free of charge for Erasmus exchange students. In order to take part, the Spanish course Preliminary Questionnaire must be sent to the UIC International Relations Department by 30th June. In addition to this intensive Spanish course, courses in Catalan are run throughout the year.
